Beginning with a warm-up structured around Danae & Dionysios’ artistic vocabulary, participants will explore their own creativity based on tasks focusing mostly on the connection of the feet to the ground and the ways information can travel from there to the upper body and arms, in order to achieve bigger volume in space. Working across disciplines, they also seek to delve into partnering tools and the ways one can use to expand their approach when working closely to other bodies. Investing time into understanding simple and playful movement mechanisms, Danae & Dionysios desire to seed a thinking mind and motivate it to evolve in a conscious way.

Join David Schwindling-Meza for an inspiring workshop where minimum effort meets maximum effect. In this unique experience, you will immerse yourself in David's innovative release technique and dynamic floor work that will push your conditioning limits and improve your movement skills. Participants will be fully immersed in the seamless integration of folk, electronic and classical music that creates a rich tapestry of movement and sound. Through a series of engaging exercises, you will discover how to utilise the natural mechanics of your body to achieve maximum effectiveness and suppleness. Use this opportunity to push your creative boundaries and improve your movement vocabulary in an inviting, motivating atmosphere.
